A Spokesman of the State Government said here today that Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister would release 'Blooming Bud', poems collection of Ms. Priya, a young poetess of Shimla tomorrow, the 24th May, 2008 at 11.30 am in his office in H.P. Secretariat.
